What came through the door.
Leading edge blown open beside the inflate valve and taped shut on the beach. Damaged section cut out, Dacron replaced, valve seat rebuilt, held overnight at riding pressure.
Two tears through the trailing edge panel after a beach loop. Full panel replaced in matched ripstop rather than patched.
Heel compression through the deck laminate. Ground back to sound laminate, carbon patch infused under vacuum, faired and finished.
Impact damage at the fuselage joint. Layup repair, threads retapped, alignment measured against the reference before return.
Bladder failure at the valve seat. Bladder replaced, valve seat rebuilt, leak-checked overnight at riding pressure.
Spreader bar webbing worn through at both load points. Webbing renewed and load points restitched, tested above working load.
