Start with the request, not with a journey. We answer with a quote and with the drop-off point that makes sense for your location — or a prepaid label, if you would rather the gear travelled without you.
The drop-off point comes with your quote.
We do not publish one fixed address, because the right handover depends on where you are. Send the request with your postcode; the reply names the point closest to you, with the hours it is open and who will be there. Nothing to arrange before that.

We name it in the reply, not before. Which point you get depends on where you live or ride, so the address only makes sense once we know your postcode.

The bench itself is in Brussels. You are welcome to hand the gear over here in person, by appointment, once the job is quoted.
