Composite and Dacron rebuilds
Split leading edges, strut replacement, valve relocation and heat-welded repair of Aluula and D-LAB composite, using the bonding process the material actually requires.
Dents, inserts and rails
Heel dents ground back and filled, vacuum-infused carbon patches, insert and pad thread replacement, rail and nose rebuilds on twin-tips, foil boards and strapless boards.
The parts that fail in transit
Zip and slider replacement on board bags and travel luggage, spreader bar and webbing service, hard-shell repair and stitch reinforcement on the load points.
